I am pretty disappointed! I have insurance but it won't be good next year cuz they have their own. I have been given the runaround about my contacts and they say I can't have more than one trial! Bull! I'm 64 and never been told this. Needless to say I'm not going back.
The staff were very helpful.
They have been doing nothing but giving my mom the run around for her glasses. Treat her like she is not important because she is on Medicare. They say everything is covered and they will send for her glasses and then when mom called for status they say they need payment first. I called them back and only get voicemail and no call back to try to resolve the issue.
This has to be the most unique eye clinic ever! I love the manager there! The wait is worth it!
Since the new owner has taken over, nobody has any clue what is going on here. All staff is rude, and will hang up on you and keep you on hold even when it is a medical emergency. Deeply disappointed.
