I own a Pete 579 that is still under warranty and Pete could not get me in for over a week for a derate. Call KW up and they could work on it yet that day...had to fly in parts to finish repairs and was ready the next night. Worked with Peterbilt and Paccar warranty to get authorization for repairs. Don’t waste your time going to Pete in Reno bring it here... very friendly, understanding, and gets the job done right. Thanks Worthen Kenworth! Next truck will be another KW!
