I have never in my life experienced such disrespectful behavior when working for a company. It's a shame because the owner seems awesome.. the administration is great. But like when you are an employee on the production floor everyone is rude. James,Gus,Jorge on first shift are the reason for the high turnover rate. This is a HARD JOB stir for $18/hr. Stir away into these obstacles are removed. God bless
