Management is not helpful and rude. When one of their employees left the company, and they charged the HOA $15,000 for consultation services for that employee.

Terrible management company. They’re either completely unresponsive at their worst or slow to respond at their best, stonewall you with any reasonable attempts to resolve fines, and give you no leeway or time to resolve issues. They take forever to upload any minor complaint on the portal, won’t email you, then take forever to snail mail it. By the time you get the letter with the postmarked date of the violation the grace period to resolve the issue has already passed.
