Our Lido property manager Kahleigh Walker has been the most incredible person I’ve ever dealt with in an HOA setting. She is always, clear, concise, kind, easy to reach and seems to know everything! Absolutely hire this exceptionally intelligent and hardworking manager if you want things to run smoothly.
For the last two months they have charged me DOUBLE my usual HOA payment. Ridiculous and infuriating in this economy.
Management is not helpful and rude. When one of their employees left the company, and they charged the HOA $15,000 for consultation services for that employee.
Terrible management company. They’re either completely unresponsive at their worst or slow to respond at their best, stonewall you with any reasonable attempts to resolve fines, and give you no leeway or time to resolve issues. They take forever to upload any minor complaint on the portal, won’t email you, then take forever to snail mail it.
