Worth Residential is the worst management company I have ever not had the pleasure of doing business with. Completely unscrupulous business practice, especially when they have young couples and students living within their properties. 100% steal your deposit at move out. Plus, they charge you A TON on top of taking your entire deposit. i been living here for three years close to four and i absolutely give them props. out of the years i have lived here i haven’t had any problems what so ever. i gotta give it to maintenance though tyrone is such a sweetheart during these hard past couple of days of not having water he came through. right now with the winter storm and snowing he helped not only my brother and i to gain water again but other residents as well. i also gotta give it to the ladies in the front office sandy and penny are sweets hearts as well! ple... read more
