I highly recommend this company based on my very recent experience on 6/20/22. I looked up 5 companies to perform a residential appraisal for a tax appeal. I called each and only this firm picked up the phone and provided advice, gave me a definitive quote based on the size of my property, and answered my questions. We were making a cash purchase of our new home from almost 10 hours away. We had never lived in the area. Greg, did a bankruptcy appraisal for my home. One of the main reasons that I chose to go with him over another company was because he encouraged me to speak with my lawyer before I wasted money on an appraisal that I may not have needed. This let me know right away that he was an honest guy and was not trying to take advantage of me and take my money. The home was thoroughly inspected on a Thursday and I received the most comprehensive report on a Monday- with a follow-up phone call from Greg to explain the report in detail. It takes a lot to name your business something like worth every dollar, but the live up to their name. From the first contact, through the process, and follow up questions, they are top notch professional and knowledgeable, moreover with a great understanding of industry related issues.
