Terrible Insurance coverage. Dropped my phone at 6 a.m. Friday morning and the monitor went black leaving me the inability to make or receive either phone called or text messages. I filled out a claim quickly and then called and spoke with the receptionist - "assistant claims representative" who wouldn't let me speak with the claims department about getting my phone repaired.
