I can't remember ever being this dissatisfied with a service. I've had my policy a good long while, I filed a claim and was emailed with contact info for an adjuster and it said to email them at such address with questions which I did to no responses. I got Chat Help, they said that was never "my adjuster" they were just filling in. So she never emailed me to let me know to contact someone else, I was never told who my adjuster was, I was just ignored??? then I email "my adjuster" and she says I have to to a b and c. Don't trust this Insurance company. it's just a SCAM. If you buy a Insurance and you can't use it within the month?! what kind of insurance are they selling? there are few more companies out there and they are lot better than this stupid company.
Terrible Insurance coverage. Dropped my phone at 6 a.m. Friday morning and the monitor went black leaving me the inability to make or receive either phone called or text messages. I filled out a claim quickly and then called and spoke with the receptionist - "assistant claims representative" who wouldn't let me speak with the claims department about getting my phone repaired. Insufficient repair and not comparable to the state prior to damage, leaving limited functionality of the device and additional depreciation. A company to shy away from.
had a policy with them 3 years , tried to file a claim , they never contacted me that my policy wasnt renewed because of a small error ....spoke to 3 people including a manager ...they would renew my claim, broken I phone , ivwould not recommend them
Worst smartphone insurance I ever had. They make everything to don't approve your claim.
Before I had to file a claim recently I recommended this company to everyone. Now I regret doing that. I was told that even though I paid $73 for a policy for a new $500 phone that I have to accept a payment of only $180 for a refurbished phone. To me that is very bad business. So needless to say when this policy runs out it will not be renewed. Really people you were such a good company to do business with. What happened to your integrity.
