Dr. Worrell did a great job on my laser procedure and I'm pleased. When I became concerned about an ongoing side effect and questioned him, he became dismissive and cut off our communication. I'm happy with the results but it's been stressful wondering when and if the side effects would go away . I was told 4 weeks and it's been over 8.I would have been ok if he'd simply been able to tell me it might be 8 weeks.
