3.5/5 I lived here for a year in college in a 1b1b. It was a good place to live while in school. Management is great, they do a good job communicating any renovations that'll be happening. They also take care of any maintenance requests quickly. The owner of the property lives right across the street so you see him frequently, which is always nice. Management GREAT 2019 will be my 30th year in the Wornall Place Apartments. I have seen many owners and managements come and go. The management now is the greatest I have seen in 30 years. They are on the job, quick to fix things that might go wrong and friendly and courteous and they get things done. It's quite and clean and I enjoy my neighbors. Credit Check Denial While the owners were very pleasant. We were very disappointed we were denied due to credit. When meeting with the owners, we went over qualifications and having “good credit” was not mentioned. We are honest people and had credit been mentioned as part of the approval process, we would have gone a different direction. While we are aware some apartment complexes do make an acceptable credit rating a part of their tenant process screening; as they have that right, if they choose. Great Apartments I love these apartments. The location is awesome. The staff is friendly. Perhaps best of all, the landlord is reasonable and a really nice guy! When approached with courtesy, he is very helpful. The apartments keep receiving improvements as the years go by. There seem to be a lot of great quality people living here as well. I also love the option to have my own garage!

Good size for price I am currently in one of the "town house" apartments. It has a single car garage (which is an excellent bonus), 1.5 bath, 2 bed, decent sized living room with a wood-burning fireplace, and washer and dryer hook ups. It's definitely not a luxury apartment, but for general purpose, its pretty great. They just installed new energy efficient doors and windows, and it has google fiber hook up already installed.
