I went into Worn this morning with my 2 teenaged sisters. When I walked in the door the lady behind the counter did not look up from what she was doing or even acknowledge that I walked in-the door dinged when I walked in. The lady greeted the middle aged woman who walked in after I did. As I was looking around she was helping other women in the store but still did not acknowledge me. Have found amazing items from Hudson Jeans, to corporate attire, and designer evening wear at all 3 locations. Love that each location has it's own kind of vibe and selection. Love the service and staff. Highly recommend.
This is my #1 Consignment store. I enjoy the boutique feel and I know my items are in good hands.

Wrote worn about an estimate for my purse. They asked for retail price which I provided and no response Or estimate. I sold the Burberry purse on a swap site for $350 and that person took it to Wirn. They now have it listed on their site for $610 and I originally paid $600 for it at an outlet mall! Good luck selling it.
