I'm posting this in response to a few negative reviews. Randy is a great realtor with strong morals and values hard to find in realtors.
Severely lacking in integrity and character! He had land for sale, agent told us the restrictions, 'no building to block lake view' was not told verbally (agent said she had not been made aware) when offer accepted and contact signed...it was not listed. At the offucial closing the restrictions were not the same as initial and buliding restriction was listed. Would NEVER deal with used car salesmen type of person!!
Larry was supper nice and had some good advise if help is needed. Thanks, Larry.
