Ecobe Lite thermostat needed programming management by Rich. I had misunderstood the thermostat display and inadvertently shut the heat pump down, leaving only the auxiliary heat running over 24 hours or more. Outdoor temp in the 20s and indoor in high 60s. Appreciated Worley’s quick response to my call concerning my HVAC system. Andra arrived promptly and made sure my issue was fixed correctly. Thermostat was not working correctly and he was able to replace the unit under warranty. Appreciated him staying late to finish everything.
