Out of all the petro-chemical companies I have worked for(including Fluor & Jacobs), I believe this company could do a lot better. For starters, an HR that actually knows what engineers do(yes, this is an engineering company) which is disengaged from everything, to management which is there in spirit only. 2 Stars out of 5...yes, I believe that s fair assessment.
