When you've been a loyal customer all your life and cannot get heating oil when you ask for it, there's a company who has outgrown their community dedication. Six days is a long time to wait to be warm. After 50 years, I know one account which will be terminated.

Called to set up an account for propane delivery at the recommendation of my next door neighbor and was told they were not accepting any new accounts in my area??? Way to turn away a potential customer:(
