Carolyn and Toni arranged a cruise trip for our community - London and Norway aboard the Queen Mary 2. From start to finish, it was wonderful! Toni made everything so easy - transportation to/from the airport, transportation to/from the ship, a great hotel in London and then the Queen Mary 2!! TERRIBLE customer service!!! I call the owner (Carolyn Fedor) on two separate occasions to book cruises. She NEVER RETURNS calls!!! Will NEVER USE Worldwide travel in Port Saint Lucie ever again TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
