I’ve been traveling with Carolyn for over 20 years and using Worldwide Travel Adventures since its inception. I especially enjoy her group tours which are always extremely organized and thought out to maximize our time in every location. I also enjoy spending time with her tour guides. They are friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. You can tell they really enjoy these adventures along with their guests. I highly recommend this travel agency.
Carolyn and Toni arranged a cruise trip for our community - London and Norway aboard the Queen Mary 2. From start to finish, it was wonderful! Toni made everything so easy - transportation to/from the airport, transportation to/from the ship, a great hotel in London and then the Queen Mary 2!! The document package Toni sent was complete with all the necessary reservation numbers and information so that I was able to leave home feeling relaxed and confident. TERRIBLE customer service!!! I call the owner (Carolyn Fedor) on two separate occasions to book cruises. She NEVER RETURNS calls!!! Will NEVER USE Worldwide travel in Port Saint Lucie ever again TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
