**Update to my WWT review*** We spoke to the owner Tom today and he shared with us the plan to repair the trailer. Thank you Tom and we look forward to resolution! We appreciate the pride you take in ensuring a beautiful product and rectifying any mistakes (part of being human).

*** Update to my post from last week** World Wide Trailers have offers to have the trailer transported back to their company to repair the damage including pre-existing. Due to being told that they sent critical replacement parts to Oregon two weeks ago for us to begin repairing the damage and finding out they had not sent them, it is critical that we get details in writing before we let our trailer be taken back including; 1) itemized repairs being made 2) what process and materials will be used to attach the floor to cei... read more

I bought a trailer last year from WWT and almost all of the people that have seen it were very impressed with the layout, thanks to Shawn, my wife and I were both extremely impressed. She has been in the Food Service business almost all her life, and has said she has more room in the trailer than some commercial kitchens. We are currently discussing an upgrade and the first and only place I'll deal with is World Wide Trailers. Thanks to all the crew for making such high quality equipment. If I could give Ten stars I would!

My trailer was badly damaged upon delivery since we could not pull it home on our own. Another story in of itself. The owner of the company was abrasive and rude and worried about her bottom line. They took the trailer back to fix it. The return product was still badly damaged and the replacement refrigerator had the door swing in the wrong direct which makes it very difficult. We have had several problems since with plumbing and water tank and no support or refund for repairs we had to make as a result of faulty instal... read more
