Horrible my mother in law used this company, the processor/post closer has no clue what they are doing, there were several fees wrong, documents were requested at last minute, etc. The management is awful she tried to complain and the gentleman was very rude to her. We will not be using this company again.
- ALTA was sent over one hour before closing with a notary who could not explain any of the documentation - signed paperwork was sent over unencrypted email with personal and financial information on it (including external email addresses cc'd) - buyers closing was pushed back without any notification to sellers - sellers had to gather their own information instead of title company
great great company the owner jason is so nice he helped us settle on fair settelment for the house
Had a terrible experience with the a recent settlement with this company in 2025. Incompetent and a complete lack of attention to details caused numerous mistakes. Settlement was as straightforward as can be yet the agents ineptitude forced error when there should not have been any reason for one. Company forces clients to do most of their required work collecting information (what are we paying for?), and they still get that simple piece wrong afterwards.
