These people are most dishonorable. They will give you the run around and will not keep any of the promises they make. And when all else fails they claim that they were unaware of what was going on. I am not sure what is more frustrating; the arrogance or the ignorance they display. They don’t even deserve one star. I will also send a letter of to JVC, JA and JCK with all the details of my experience. I will gladly share my experience with prospective clients who attend trade shows. They deserve to be warned.

I called about info on a used worldwide safe I was looking to purchase from an individual that was currently locked. Tried providing them with the model number to see what the rating was and approximately how much it weighs. So I could decide to purchase or not. Staff was very rude and unhelpful. Terrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a safe from them. Needed it moved from 1 location to another and they were no help. They Gave me the run around for couple months only to never give me a quote and say they are booked up. Will never buy from these people again.

purchased two commercial TL-30 safe's from this company, worked well for a couple years until one of the electronic key pad locks failed. Looks like the way that these locks are installed, upside down, can cause them to fail in the locked position. I called to see if they would help out with the cost of having the safe drilled and they refused stating that the safe is out of warranty after one year. They gave me a local guy to call who wanted to charge me $2000 in order to drill the safe. I shopped around and found another l... read more
