This was one of the worst service experiences I have ever had. They canceled my scheduled appointment three separate times, each time claiming they were short-staffed. When they finally showed up to my building, they arrived without a Certificate of Insurance (COI), which is completely unacceptable for this type of work. Had a safe moving with ish diaz he cancelled my appointment 1 day before the moving while trying to set an appointment close to 2 months. Then when finally, got another appointment they didn’t even send my building COI. Very horrible business waste of time. Unprofessional.
This has to be the worst Vault and Vault Door Vendor EVER. They have absolutely no help unless you pay them for service contracts. To buy a vault or door for Commercial and Industrial Use, they will not give you any information on the size, support, and install. They only respond with "You have to buy a Service Contract to get that information. Then to work with them on commercial terms for purchase is even more of a joke. Steer clear of this place, they will only prove me right.

These people are most dishonorable. They will give you the run around and will not keep any of the promises they make. And when all else fails they claim that they were unaware of what was going on. I am not sure what is more frustrating; the arrogance or the ignorance they display. They don’t even deserve one star. I will also send a letter of to JVC, JA and JCK with all the details of my experience. I will gladly share my experience with prospective clients who attend trade shows. They deserve to be warned.
