We took our 2021 Kenworth T680 in to these folks on Thursday, 10/30/2025. In all my years in the trucking industry, I have never had such a GREAT epereienc at a dealership service department. Very efficient, very professional, and very fair on there prices. If you wanted to be treated right, go see these folks. I pray blessings upon this business and their staff. Called for help with a part they was rude and very lazy! Don’t waste your time or money here they don’t want your business!
Good kind people. Karen was real nice to me. Sadly the techs take too long and my judgment is they are not competent. Kind folks but chances they'll fix your problem, next to zero. And you will pay heavily. I paid almost $1400 and all I got was a forced regen! I feel bad leaving this review cause the guys were kind to me but I think this is a fair criticism.
Got the truck in 1st thing in the morning and all done by 1030am. Awesome service. Thanks
