My experience with Jenna in the service department was fantastic. She does an amazing job
This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. The representative I spoke with was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful throughout the call. She interrupted me repeatedly, did not listen to my concerns, and ultimately hung up on me while I was still speaking. As a customer, I expect basic courtesy, patience, and professionalism. By far the worst dealer you can ever go to!!!!!! Literally I would go to autozone and have them order the truck part 10 years out before going here if you can get them to even answer there phone!!!! Then if they do answer they don’t have a clue about parts. Oh by the way they will tell you there open until 1130 get there at 9:30 and doors are locked then some lady comes up last minute and unlocks door. Then you go to pay and oh another variable.
