Service department was awesome, my semi was towed in to shop. Service department got on it to read codes. The girl's in Service department, made my day pleasant being there. I asked a time frame, they did not beat around the bush to push me aside. They did not know so they had going out of their way to ask the shop. Exactly what she told me was what had happened. Third party repair shops are cutting ties, customers’ frustration turning into anger, and even truck owners with free warranty repairs avoid this place afraid something else will get broken in the process. People are walking away from this business. Owner, take a good look at your balance sheet it’s already too late to fix what’s broken. Do everyone a favor, shut it down and never get back into this line of work if you can’t handle it!
Terrible customer service, management is poor, inexperienced and lacking, and extremely understaffed.
