We took our truck to Worldwide Equipment and it has been stuck there for 4 months. The service has been terrible, especially dealing with Mike Davenport. Because of the delays and lack of urgency, this situation has cost us tens of thousands of dollars in lost revenue. Communication has been poor, updates are almost nonexistent, and it feels like they simply don’t care about their customers or the impact this has on trucking companies that rely on their equipment to operate. I would rate this company less than 1 star if that were possible. The service here was extremely poor and very unprofessional. Our van was damaged while in their care, and instead of taking responsibility, they refused to acknowledge the issue. The management, especially Mike, was very unreliable and did not handle the situation properly. There was no accountability and no effort to resolve the problem. Absolutely unacceptable experience with this shop. A truck sitting for months with little to no progress is ridiculous. When you rely on your equipment to make a living, a service department that drags its feet like this can seriously hurt your business.
