Great customer service. Knowledgeable staff and mechanics.
Was towed in 16:00 on Aug 11, Rolling again, 18:00 Aug 12. Professional and pleasant. Decent pricing, too.
Just stopped by to replace the batteries. Took me almost right away. Battery cost was even cheaper than Walmart. Labor for 1 hour. Very friendly lady at the office.
Highly recommended! I had a great experience at this shop. The staff is friendly, professional, and efficient. The facility is clean, organized, and they even have a comfortable waiting area where you can relax during service. I came in with a full derate (DPF issue) on my Volvo. They diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly, updated the software—which was still covered under warranty—and had me back on the road in no time. The service price was a pleasant surprise—much lower than I expected!
Thank you for replacing my mudflap. They did it for free, and their mechanics were very polite and professional.
