Their system is so poor. They do not answer phone and the system doesn't work at all on trying to alter something
Worst customer service i’ve ever had. I’m asking them why they cancelled my trasaction, so I would know what I need to do, but instead of apologizing this is what I have got. Very rude, no respect and poor customer service! I will never use World Remit again.
Garbage. Don’t waste time setting up an account with this company. Every time, despite having an account for years, there is always a problem that won’t let the transfers go through. You will be constantly submitting additional paperwork, calling customer service, and then being asked if you changed the recipient’s information when they are the one’s changing it.
