Centrally located in an area of Vancouver which is unfortunately populated with vagrants, beggars, and derelicts. WorldMark is only several floors of a residential building in disrepair. Currently we are sitting in a lobby waiting for an elevator repair for the 3rd time today. The recommendation given to us was to walk to the 21st floor. At 70 yrs old, not a great option. Unacceptable and killing what was to be a wonderful trip.
Rooms are noisy from the street activity especially all the sirens. Should have double pained windows to help with it.
