The entire staff is superb. Especially, Raymond the manager. The location is great. I’m a Worldmark timeshare owner and have been going there for years. Good service can be hard to find these days.

At the border is Chinatown and Union Square, the WorldMark SF is a lovely building with nice, generous rooms and a welcoming staff. The only drawback was the loud neighborhood at night, lots of street noise and bar-goers, the supplied earplugs were necessary; but the room walls were thick, I never heard another guest once even being next to the elevator. Although this place is over 100 years old and still has the charm and splendor of thag era it has man modern-day upgrades. It is in a noisy are of San Francisco so be aware. Most of S F does not quiet down that much at night.
