The hotel front desk was disgustingly deceitful and FORCED me to do an owner “update” which is a sales pitch to try to get me to buy more. Extremely inconsiderate with how tired I was. She kept mocking me. She discriminated against my daughter who is special needs and tried to keep me from coming back to my special needs daughter who was with her grandparents and needed me back urgently. I haven't started at all the resorts but this instantly became one of my favorites. Before we left I was already saying I want to come next year. It is a great spot if you just want to relax. I didn't get to enjoy it as much but just walking around or going for a run. The restaurants were good and you definitely need to reserve. Despite the location, cause you are in the middle of it all, the resort felt like a getaway/Oasis but it is Orlando.
This resort is absolutely gorgeous! The 3 bedroom units are like being at home without the work. Clean and onsite amenities are very convenient! I highly recommend!
This was our 3rd time visiting this resort. The Room is the cleanest we've been in. We stayed here for 3 days for spring break, highschool kids and a 2nd grader, my kids like the pools and slides.
