We’re going to give it another try because we’re hoping we just had a weird experience. We checked in and it was great. Then we drove to our room and our bracelet keys didn’t work. And a huge thunderstorm with tons of rain started. So we called and were told that security would come open the door for us. We waited outside in the thunderstorm for about 30 minutes until security came. The guy unlocked our door for us and we entered to a fire alarm battery alerting us it needed changing.
