Updating my review: I emailed the address suggested below several days ago and no response at all. Changing to 1 star. 3,5 stars for the stay, 0 for the timeshare sales meeting as you won't get what they promise you and you will definitely spend there more time than 90min. We have never received the promised certificate for 2 nights "free" stay after attending it (and they obligate you to listen to another 2h sales presentation if you use this certificate). Complete lack of compassion and zero customer service. My elderly in-laws (86 and 80) had been responsible owners at the Club at South Mountain Preserve for nearly 20 years. Their contract was paid in full years ago, and they are completely current on their maintenance fees. Unfortunately, due to severe and rapidly declining health—including cancer recovery, orthopedic surgeries, and major cardiac issues—they can no longer use the timeshare.
