So whenever you guys called that room 316 it is not that. I understand it was a cancellation from another person and my mom was able to get it but that was not what I was expecting. And then you want to charge my sister $40 for parking cuz we had two vehicles within the family. That's supposed to be a family oriented place and you guys are the ones wanting to charge the money for extra spaces I know when it's booked it's probably full but every one of them nights I went back down there and looked and there's at least two or ... read more
Beautiful setting. Parking is an issue if you have multiple vehicles. Convenient for skiing in winter and swimming pools in the summer.
Telling us we could park 2 cars but not telling us we would be charged for one was not a great way to start our vacation. Parking here is a mess. First night there were no spots available because they had allowed someone who wasn’t supposed to be parked there to park there. Thankfully someone left and we were able to park after a 10 minute wait. All this after being forced to pay to park there.
Amazing place to stay, wonderful pool and hot tub, amazing service, nice rooms, and it's in such a beautiful area
