Telling us we could park 2 cars but not telling us we would be charged for one was not a great way to start our vacation. Parking here is a mess. First night there were no spots available because they had allowed someone who wasn’t supposed to be parked there to park there. Thankfully someone left and we were able to park after a 10 minute wait. All this after being forced to pay to park there.
Amazing place to stay, wonderful pool and hot tub, amazing service, nice rooms, and it's in such a beautiful area
Great place for our anniversary
No one was working at the front desk when we arrived at 6pm. Someone had to call front desk employee to have her come back to help us and another family also waiting Seemed understaffed for the thanksgiving weekend
I had a very disappointing experience. I was directed to this company by a new representative who told me they could help me with selling a new product and with property management. When I called, they said they would assist me and then placed me on hold. Instead of coming back to help, the call suddenly disconnected with no explanation. No follow-up, no attempt to reconnect, nothing. It left me feeling ignored and like they didn’t care about me or my situation at all.
