No one was working at the front desk when we arrived at 6pm. Someone had to call front desk employee to have her come back to help us and another family also waiting Seemed understaffed for the thanksgiving weekend
I had a very disappointing experience. I was directed to this company by a new representative who told me they could help me with selling a new product and with property management. When I called, they said they would assist me and then placed me on hold. Instead of coming back to help, the call suddenly disconnected with no explanation. No follow-up, no attempt to reconnect, nothing. It left me feeling ignored and like they didn’t care about me or my situation at all. Family get together to celebrate some birthdays. Nice vacation for one and all.
This resort is just everything! We had a massive crew including Amber and Alexis, and the suite was so legit, totally spacious with fireplace, full kitchen and amazing views. The resort amenities are next level, Seriously perfect for family or friends group.
