Mooie grote appartementen complex met 4 grote gebouwen, 2 mooie maar niet echt grote zwembaden. Receptie en gasten service balie is echt vriendelijk en behulpzaam - zeker Todd! Als gaat over de schoonmaak - in 17 dagen is niemand in mijn appartement geweest om schoon te maken (???) maar in de appartement heb ik wel vaatwassen en wasmachine en droger. The rooms were overall clean and very spacious. The vast majority of staff we interacted with were either rude or indifferent. The pools were nice, the gym was rough. This experience was also made worse by our experience with worldmark. While we got suckered into a timeshare several years ago with them, and still paying the idiot tax for that. The experience is always worse by persistently trying to get more money out of us and taking more time out of our trip.
Nice hotel. Staff very friendly n rooms are spacious. Beds were very comfortable n rooms n bath are clean. No issues. Enjoy the pool at night n they even have a nice guy managing the bar by the pool. Wife and I came to see our grandson. No parks on this trip. Will stay again
