It’s a time share. They always going to try to sell you more stuff.
Nice rooms, big bathrooms, full kitchen and laundry. Very close to all the amusement parks. I picked it because it was the closest Worldmark to Universal Epic. I didn't use the other amenities, but I was told there is a mini golf course and pool.
