Construction on the street towards the resort. Owner amenities were not clear before booking. Staff was not very forthcoming. $50 minimum for wifi is absolutely absurd.
What an absolute horrible experience. We booked this location through American Express travel. We were called while in route only to be told our reservation was cancelled & no reason was given. When Amex called on our behalf we were told they laughed at Amex. The customer service was absolutely horrible. Even though we were told it was an affiliate marketing company, contractors are still owed a duty a loyalty to their employer. Company name was Extra Holiday. I would not recommend due to poor customer service.
Beautiful place to stay. Alot of activities to do while still in the resort. Giant checkers, Giant Chess boards, mini golf, table tennis, pool volleyball, bbq areas around the pool , bar at the pool , 2 Jacuzzi's, 2 pools. There is also a good variety of Snacks in the main lobby area. Everything is super clean. It's a Wyndham property. A lot of nearby stores.
Wonderful resort! Very clean and well-maintained. Comfortable bedding/furniture, very good AC (necessary in Florida), friendly staff, nice pools/jacuzzi. It’s also in a very convenient location. We will definitely be returning here in the future!
