I got a studio and was surprised that I had a full kitchen and a washer dryer. Squeaky clean and upgraded.

Lovely, Victor (Mgnt) was friendly, understanding, awesome and accommodating. And Jamal (Housekeeping) is always smiling, super friendly, and very helpful. He goes above and beyond to accommodate the guest. Robbin (front desk) is always friendly, kind, helpful, and understanding (Even when we're checking in at 2 o'clock in the morning, instead of 4 o'clock in the afternoon, the night before).

The location and the rooms are good. However, this vacation club is constantly oversold. This is what we were told by their own staff. We had reserved and booked a one bedroom and a suite but The vacation club notified us the day we checked in and said that the suite was sold out. We were then offered a two bedroom instead which didn’t really work for us. They did not return the guess certificate either. So, you need to double and triple check with the front desk to make sure your reservation is still there for this location... read more

Second experience here, we are checked in, had one night and are loving the experience again. Clean rooms with everything we need, pool and hot tub are very clean. We were worried it wouldn't be as comfortable as we remembered from last year, but it's better.
