My sister and I went to this resort, we booked a month ahead. Before we left for the trip we checked our reservation, my sister still has the reservation where our check in is at 4:00 p.m. Upon getting to the resort the front clerk told us extra holidays had canceled our reservation, they would not help us , offer us anything as compensation or direct us to another hotel, they strictly gave us a number to call. Our interaction with this Worldmark location started with a sales call, despite my guidance that my wife wouldn’t be interested in a sales pitch (we’re already members too) they called her anyways :( Then we asked for an early check in, they said they could make that work but to call ahead, sure, did that but they said “there is no way for us to be able to confirm that”. I love this place. It's absolutely beautiful the staff is very friendly. The rooms are stunning. Great for a weekend with the family. They have now service of Uber eats or doordash so you can have your hot meals. Or just drive to Walmart pickup groceries and cook something delicious in the fully equipped kitchen. Grab a glass of wine and sit down in the balcony with the gorgeous view of the lake oh gosh I will be back soon
