Nice resort. Friendly staff. Attention to cleanliness is top rate. Beautiful grounds. HoweVer, the slick way to get your parking pass was not cool. Once checked in we were told to go to the "concierge" desk for our pass yet it was a ruse to get us to sit in on owner education which we firmly declined. We were asked several times and it rubbed me the wrong way. The one thing this resort should consider is designating one or both of the North and South pools as "adults" only. Love this place...so relaxing. Especially great if you are traveling with family/kids. The pools, lazy river, play areas, and game room are the best!
