Lots of space, lots of parking, some with shade. Big pools with lots of chairs and shade, lazy river. Kitchen fully equipped, in-room laundry. Staff was friendly. When we asked for items, these were delivered very quickly to the room. The spa is amazing. NO FREE WI-FI is a bad mark for me, and not a very good reception for data. the very late check-in and very early check-out were also bad marks for me.
It pains me to leave a horrible review as I am an owner of WorldMark, I went to this resort to have a peaceful mini vacation with my family and over all it was a good one, up until the "educational workshop" I was lead to believe during a presentation. The sales department who LIED and ASSURED us that IF we purchased 5,000 more credits that we would be able to use my points in October to completely pay off the new loan was a COMPLETE LIE....
