We stayed in a 3 bedroom presidential casita. Penny and Joni were extremely helpful and professional. They provided the best customer service ever. The units were clean and smelled good. We loved the views and commodities. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for the hospitality!

Only 30-ish minutes from Rocky mountain national park entrance. Nice little town. Also close to Grand Lake which also has a great town/shopping area with boardwalk, beautiful flowers, and a wide variety of shops. First timeshare we stayed at that didn't hound us to attend a "quick update" (read long sales pitch). Check-in was fast. Our 2 bedroom unit was clean and well appointed. Comfy mattress. Large unit with everything you would need.

50$ extra for wifi is extortion. So many guests here I see complaining about the same thing. When I tried to ask the front desk to get on the wifi the gentleman was unhelpful and un professional. Called me "man" not sir. I came here for work and wasn't able to get my paperwork done so it ended up causing me problems at work. I wouldn't stay here, the only reason I did is because my company put us up here. If you want Wifi, it's gonna be an extra 50$ for a ten day pass. Only staying 3 days ?
