We just arrived and wanted rest after long day's drive. We told the person at the front desk that we wanted rest, and that we would only stay for one night. We were directed to the Concierge who wanted to talk about many things and simply did not listen to basically anything we said. He continued saying he wanted to do his job irrespective of what we tried to tell him. Much needed family vacation. Loved the activities and pools that are available. Location was convenient to drive to Redmond and Bend.
Pressure to attend presentations is unbearable.
