Property and grounds are great the lodge and rooms are old, tired, in need of some major upgrades and repairs to this era not 1990.
Worst experience of our 3-month vacation. Wristband keys didn't work, despite multiple visits to front desk to fix. Separate card key to get into the pool area didn't work (same multiple visits), finally worked the last day of our visit. Many other guests at the pool reported the same problem. But the worst was the internet. We couldn't get our streaming device to work at all, it was so inconsistent and VERY slow that we could barely use our laptops.
