Would give it zero if I could. Legitimately the worst place I have ever lived. Terrible service from the management staff. Trash all over the place and a bunch of incidents if people breaking into cars/slashing tires. Not a good area to live in avoid like the plague
Love the location and it is surprisingly very quiet. Plus, it is truly dog-friendly.
I first lived at the Crescent for 10 years and now The Brighton for the past 18 years. I have the world's best neighbor these last 18 years. Although I've been a renter this whole time, I think of my place as if I owned it. Unfortunately my landlord has decided to get very greedy and is now going to raise my rent almost $700 which will force me to move even though he's never done any upgrades or improvements to my place. The complex I love but my landlord has shown me how predatory he is so unfortunately I will have to move.
Location is very good.walking distance so many offices and market.
This place is very calm and peaceful with lots of trees and the mornings and evenings are full of birds.
