Literally if there’s minus star, that’s what I would rank. Last September (2020) one of the workers, Ting Ting booked round trip ticket from LAX to Taipei, return flight originally for Nov, 2020 was canceled by me with Eva Air Taipei office. In April, planning to return US thus I need help from her, she wasn’t helpful at all, giving excuses she can’t find my ticket in their company computer system, the excuse on why the record was purged demonstrated irresponsible excuses, which simply making no sense, regardless the ticket ... read more
