I was an agent working for Veronica Oakley who owns World Wide Realty. She asked for a lot of documentations after a transaction closed. Even after I fulfilled her requests reasonably, she refused to release my commission check. It is about keeping your money with her. That is my experience. She will not lift a finger to help you unless there is something to gain for her. Very poor. Be very careful.
