My purchasing experience with this dealership was great, but soured after I got my vehicle. I had it shipped since I'm out of state and noticed a pretty prominent dent on the drivers door. I notified the salesperson that I was dealing with and they told me that they didn't send evidence of the dent when I asked about damage because they didn't notice it but had photo evidence that it was there before shipping. This is my second vehicle purchase at world VW! My first purchase was a Tiguan during Covid and the process was simple. I also needed my car serviced a few months later and VW drove a loaner vehicle to me and picked up my car and returned the next day. This purchase I bought a 23’ Tiguan with Joey. After visiting another dealership it was super chill and easy to work with Joey at World Volkswagen in Neptune! He made the process really easy and was so kind. Dylan did a great job with making sure I had everything I needed. Working with Kamal for financing was super easy. Buying a car is super annoying but the vibes at World Volkswagen were immaculate, I would highly recommend working with everyone at the dealership, They also threw a bow on the car to help make this feel like an awesome experience!
We purchased a car through the salesman, Eric. Everything was about the experience was great. At no point in time was he or anyone else pressuring us to make a decision quicker than we would have liked
