Great people to work with at this company who take their jobs serious and give 100 percent. They also put out excellent print jobs but the down side is unless you are in Management or don't have to clock in and out they do not pay all their full time employees paid holidays or paid vacations . This is almost unheard of in most of corporate America. This causes a turn over of good employees leaving this place. They hire quality people but it is a revolving door because of poor benefits. The quality is decent, but I have had to have several orders reprinted, and several orders were late. If it is their color mistake they argue with you. I've had enough! And if they are late, tough. Customer service is poor. When I call or email the customer service manager, maybe his name is Joe, he is very slow to respond, and isn't very friendly. not the prettiest print shop but who cares! theyr'e the bomb when it comes to printing. They helped me with some great ideas for my invoices and biz cards (since I was clueless about how to design them.) and my stuff turned out perfect...with just the WOW factor I was hoping for. and they're fast too - my order was ready right when I I needed it. everyone there is cool - busy, but very smiley & every single employee who walked by asked if Id been helped. just love these guys.
