Boy have they gone downhill. They now don’t respond to messages and aren’t scheduling annual exams like they’re supposed to. They’re also supposed to schedule cancer screening tests annually and I’m currently 4 years overdue for mine. Last year after my annual exam instead of a follow up explaining my results they just mailed me a copy with comments that I had abnormal results. Horrible! I'm a 911 first responder there from the first day on. The treatment I have received here at Mt. Sainai has been awful. I tried to get mental health services for my ongoing ptsd. The psychiatrists "treating" me did not want to be bothered. They threw me into their hospital because as they say I looked "tired". I could not stay in Manhattan as I live in Staten Island. I have a child with autism that I care for who needed me at home. Also as anyone knows it's almost impossible to find parking around there. I drove in... read more
