It should not take two and a half hours for an oil change when you have a scheduled appointment. If you aren’t planning on having staff available at the appointment time… in what sense is it even an appointment?

The overpriced services and aggressive cross-sell are two factors that leads to low rating. Got charged $205 for turning a nut. Then was asked to immediately replaced the brake pads and oil. My own mechanic confirmed there is nothing wrong with the brakes. Toyota WILL not be my first go to option for any issue.
