I had a horrible experience with this dealership. I had an issue with my brakes and they decided to replace the brake callipers (and other parts) but forgot to attach the callipers to the axle bracket (both bolts were missing). I told the front technician and the service manager that there is some problem with the brakes but they were adamant that this is how brakes are. Zero stars should be an option on here. They are truly incompetent at this location . The wait time is ridiculous, no job is too small for them to take forever to do it. Doesn’t matter what it is. I came here years ago for an oil change waited 2 hours for them to say I was next in line. After an additional hour I was still next in line, I cursed them out and left.
