Very disappointed in World Toyota and their lack of customer service. I have serious concerns regarding a recent service performed on my vehicle at World Toyota. I usually don’t write reviews, but I feel the need to leave one here. I truly hope Toyota can provide better training for their advisors and technicians. I won’t go into too much detail since many other customers have already pointed out the same issues in their reviews. Unfortunately, I will never bring my car back to this service center again. I had a maintenance appointment at World Toyota at 4:00 PM today. I dropped my car off exactly on time, was greeted by someone outside, and was told to speak with anyone at the counter. I spoke to a gentleman who said a care advisor would be with me, so I sat and waited as instructed. After over 1.5 hours of waiting, I finally went back to the counter to check what was going on. Phillip Vo...in my 30 years of driving, this was the worst service experience I've ever had. I am not going into detail as I see so many other low ratings. Feel free to call me if you want to know how bad Phillip was. For the record, my service was my free oil change, so I am not upset at the cost and I have given 5 stars for this location before. I don't think I have ever been treated like this before.
