I have brought my vehicle to this dealership several times and have consistently requested that the brakes be inspected. Most recently, during the 55,000-mile service, I once again asked them to check the brakes, mentioning that I was hearing a squeaking noise that concerned me. Received wrong part number ( part sent was different than part ordered), when noticed, discussed a solution, sent part back at my own expense. Purchased at higher cost locally as car was out of service without it. Been emailing for months about the refund check. Never received it. Will not order online again from here.
Bought new truck here in 2012, been servicing my truck here ever sense, service is getting out rageous ever sense they remodeled the service center, guess they gotta pay for it some how ? tried buying new truck but they add on ten thousand worth of accessories so you have to buy these accessories whether you want to or not and or whether you need them or not in order to purchase a new truck, PLUS a ten thousand dollar mark up on top of that, what kind of S - - T is that ?
