Customer service rep did not respond to voicemails regarding status of work for weeks. Did not follow up with insurance company on a timely basis to expedite release of vehicle after completion of repairs.
I brought my car in for an independent review of work done at another shop. Corey Hanes, the Team Lead was very helpful and looked at my car right away. I thought it was going to have to be fixed after the holiday, but he went on a test drive and decided to keep it right away to fix the problems the other shop had made. Got picked up right there at the office from my car rental place and 4 days later my car was corrected of all the problems the previous shop had made. My husband took my Lexus in for an estimate. The estimate went from four thousand to eight thousand then back to seven thousand dollars. At no time did we authorize them to repair my car without my permission. Once we heard back from my insurance company, we contacted World Toyota Collision and told them that we didn't want them to make the repairs since we had not been given the opportunity to get a second opinion.
