Met a pretty awesome guy out at AOAA today! Paul Warren.. I sliced a brake line, limped into the parking lot and ended up next to him. He greeted me as I got out of the Jeep and I embarrassingly asked if he just happened to have an extra brake line on him. Didn’t know who he was or anything about him. had a non jeep related issue on a trailer. after hours on a sat. they helped w out hesitation, and would not accept payment. we also own a shop and know the pain of interruptions. these guys are great. could not thank them enough. appreciate it , great husband and wife crew. thanks again for the help. World tour did an amazing job on my 2016 JKU. I took it in to have my ball joints replaced and they recommended having them tighten down all nuts and bolts. I haven’t felt this safe in my Jeep in a long time. Will definitely bring it back there when things arise.
A pretty late post, but at least I can give a long term outcome from their service. I know these guys specialize in jeeps, but man they can do it all! I took my 16 Tacoma Sport in while I was in the area to discuss some things I wanted to get done... I was mind blown at the service, knowledge and more importantly recommendations to make put my thoughts into to truck. If you have a Jeep. don't bother taking anywhere else! Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Family, friendly environment. You can watch your Jeep being serviced and have it explained so you know what's going on. They are not going to over charge you or sell you on things you don't need. TRUSTWORTHY ESTABLISHMENT! 😃
