AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The was by far THE WORST experience, I've had at a car dealership. The salesman/manager I dealt with was rude, condescending and even tried to berate me to show off in front of his colleagues. I had visited many of World's competitors and can't believe this place is still in business. It was shocking and even traumatizing that this salesperson (Mike?) was so confident that he could get away with being so disrespectful. JOE WAJDA needs to be fired and this place needs an overhaul in its customer relations.... read more

I just returned from a very disappointing visit to this Subaru location. I had leased a Forester in 2016. After 3.5 years I purchased the car in November, 2019 when the lease was up. Was pressured into settling for a warranty with the purchase that was overpriced. Subaru featured an ad for a Subaru Forester this week on their website that said, ‘ $2,500 down and payments as low as $265 a month when you lease.’ I went today to see if they would work with me on having me sell back my 2016 Forester so I could lease a new one. Stevie Artiste, Attempting to break all of this down as best as possible….any ad on a retailer website is exclusive of all taxes and fees, calling for a much higher down payment to ultimately arrive at the advertised monthly payment. You can ABSOLUTELY cancel the warranty you agreed to purchase and certainly wouldn’t “have to pay for it.” Because you financed the vehicle the warranty refund would go to the lending institution in its entirety, thus lowering your principal balance and shortening the term of your loan. Kirk and JR are the men to go to!! they made the transition from a lease into a new car very easily. Great guys went in and within a hour and a half I had the keys to my new sti got me a great price worked with me and got the deal dont. Highly recommended great experience

We had an amazing experience at World Subaru. We were greeted for our appointment by David Garro, our sales consultant, who listened to our needs and matched us to a great Crosstrek.
