With a background in sports health & nutrition, this Lady knows her stuff. I previously thought it was expensive but that thought has been replaced after learning that at this nutrition bar you genuinely get what you pay for. Drinks start at a mere $5.50 and head upwards. The quality here is unbeatable. The owner Brandy is an absolute lady boss and really knows what she's talking about! All I need to say is try the big boy extra scoop of protein post workout ultimate shake..... Yea.... It's that good

Really delicious shakes/smoothies with great nutritional value and helpful staff. The products are high quality but the cost is a little up there compared to other places I’ve been to. Appealing flavors and exciting specialties.

I had the "Ultimate" Brickhouse! Wow what a treat! The lady that owns this place is knowledgeable and happy to share nutrition advice. If you're in the area and in need of a post workout recovery protein smoothie- Check them out! Heads up though- they are located inside an LA Fitness, but you can still go in and grab a smoothie. Cheers Mates!

I love healthy AND delicious smoothies! They recommended the vegan, strawberry, banana, post workout protein smoothie with coconut milk. I was impressed. Not only was it yummy, but I did not feel sick afterwards. Definitely going to come back after my next workout. - One last thing, I had trouble finding them at first, but they are located inside the LA Fitness on Tatum and Shea.
