The opportunity I've had to grow professionally as an Assistant Director with World Sports Camp has been an invaluable experience. Terry, Addam, and the rest of their family have given me numerous projects, assignments and tasks that have challenged me but have also prepared me for the rest of my career. I truly value my time here and am proud to be a part of their WSC community.
I work at this camp this past summer as a basketball coach and I loved it. I now worked for the camp full time. It is a great camp for players at any level. The coaches are always positive and have different coaching techniques from all over the world. The best part about this camp is the family atmosphere. Kids will come here and feel right at home. They will then leave better at there sport and they will have made friendships with people from all over the world.
In Summer 2016 my 2 boys had us take them home after 1 week and not attend their scheduled 2nd week. They were very unhappy with all aspects of the camp. The room, hallways, lounge area and restrooms looked old, dirty and not well maintained. They are competitive players in soccer and tennis and felt the level of training in both sports was not at a high level. They played tennis with 8-18 kids on one court and played soccer in their socks. We expected a lot more out of (what we thought) was a top level sports camp.
