Food took forever, didnt wear gloves and there was a barefoot kid in the back kicthen. No music all u hear was she on her phone and she took our order while she was on the phone with friend not on the phone taking orders. I have photo of customer waiting while she is in the back on her phone. Service was not good at all. Fries were not fresh. Burger meat had no flavor. Will not return ever.
Initially when they first opened they first wore gloves and food was good. Walked in a 2nd time and not one employee was wearing gloves! Preparing food, raw meat, veggies, handling money without gloves. Older lady using her hands in tomatoes while pressing her head set on to answer a call! Absolutely nauseating! Location is on 1488/ Old Conroe Rd. Which is sad because we are right up the road.
