World Restoration came to my home and put me at ease with all of my concerns regarding issues I had with water damage and mold cleaning. Jim is very thorough and knowledgeable. World restoration was nothing, but the best experience we had in regards to getting mold remediation completed. We have used World Restoration’s service several times since 2014. They have always been very responsive to our needs. Each time we were totally satisfied with the quality of the staff and their work. We would not hesitate to recommend them.
Jim has been great. He answered the phone right when I called, reassured me when I was freaking out, sent out the group, and found all our problems and FIXED them. They were all really professional and fast. Two years later we had a leak and called them again. They came over with all their fans and dried everything out. It was done so nicely and I can't say enough good things about them.
