THE BEST. My home required consultation a couple times. Keith was very empathetic over the phone more than once. Both times I was pleasantly surprised with their honesty. Jim told me what really was needed for the home, if it required their work or not. My latest encounter actually didn't advise remediation & instead recommended painting. Can’t say enough positive things about World Restoration. Keith, Jim, and the entire team were very responsive and helpful from the start to finish. It started with a quick inspection which we got scheduled immediately. From there, Jim walked through exactly what the action plan was, and the crew was out within the next few days to formally start work. World restoration was nothing, but the best experience we had in regards to getting mold remediation completed.
