literally the most prettiest Doctors office I’ve seen. And the front desk staff is so sweet, especially Stephanie. my therapist is Carla and I am completely thankful that I have her as a service provider. The advice she provides is very calming and really helps me with my life decision decisions. And the office is very serene they play calming music that eased me into my appointment

I have been a patient for almost a year with them. The first two doctors I had were great. I’ve now been assigned a 3rd who I did not like so much……. they all keep leaving the practice. Very high turn over if you are looking to develop a relationship with your provider this is not the place.

I am disappointed in this agency, for three days I have tried to speak with someone regarding the Psychosocial Rehab program that is so obviously offered on their website, however, when I call to speak to someone about it, the person answering the phone has no clue what I am referring to and the person in charge I was told, after 3 days of requesting a call, just must have "forgotten" to call me back. I am writing as a family member of a patient at this clinic. I personally witnessed how harmful this experience was. After being referred internally for anxiety treatment, my family member was offered discussions about ayahuasca ceremonies and monk rituals instead of appropriate, evidence-based therapy. This caused significant emotional distress and made it very difficult for them to trust therapy again. What made this experience even worse was how Dr. Jakes, the owner, handled the situation.
