At my first appointment, she told me she would send a blood-work order to Quest. The following day, I went to Quest, only to find that the order had never been sent, wasting my time. Had an appointment and was interviewed. After the interview they told me they have no therapist available and would be put on a waiting list. Why they had me come if they had no therapists available to see me!!
I've had a really positive experience at World Psychiatry. Dr. Jossener is kind, attentive, and takes the time to truly listen. He made me feel comfortable from the very first visit and has been incredibly supportive throughout my care. The entire staff is welcoming and professional. I'm very grateful for the care I've received and would highly recommend World Psychiatry.
The office staff is very helpful, especially the front desk girl named Valentina she is a sweetheart. My provider was amazing he made me feel heard. I recommend this clinic for all mental health needs.
