I've had a really positive experience at World Psychiatry. Dr. Jossener is kind, attentive, and takes the time to truly listen. He made me feel comfortable from the very first visit and has been incredibly supportive throughout my care. The entire staff is welcoming and professional. I'm very grateful for the care I've received and would highly recommend World Psychiatry.
The office staff is very helpful, especially the front desk girl named Valentina she is a sweetheart. My provider was amazing he made me feel heard. I recommend this clinic for all mental health needs.
This is my first review that I have ever written I always thought that reviews are dumb and sometimes even fake, but today I need to write one so people can learn from my experience. The staff here were super welcoming and kind when I first called and arrived. My provider, Dr. Jossener Joseph, was very professional and empathetic with me. I was provided with all the services that I required at the moment. I would definitely recommend you to try it out for yourself
The session with the nurse practitioner was good for my son, however I tried to get a document signed by the MD overseeing the nurse practitioner but they refused. The nurse practitioner assessment is signed by the MD but again the refused to sign a document stating the diagnosis. This document was important yo get my child back in school but they refused.
